We collect all payments through the Razorpay payment gateway, ensuring secure and encrypted transactions.
All fees, including subscription fees and any additional service charges (such as SMS notifications), are outlined at the time of purchase. By making a payment, users agree to the charges associated with the services they select.
Doctors and clinics are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information in their account. Any changes in billing information must be communicated to Grofirst to avoid disruptions in services.
Doctors and clinics subscribing to Grofirst may cancel their subscription at any time by following the steps outlined in their account settings.
However, cancellations will not result in any refunds, either in full or partial, for the remaining subscription period. Once a subscription is purchased, the fee is considered final and non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, access to the platform and all related services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Grofirst charges for SMS notifications separately from the subscription fee. These charges are incurred when SMS notifications are sent to users or patients, such as appointment reminders or cancellation notices.
The cost of SMS services will be reflected in your billing, and users are responsible for covering these charges.
Grofirst operates a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is processed for subscriptions or additional services like SMS notifications, the payment is final.
No refunds will be issued for subscription cancellations, SMS charges, or any unused portion of the services.
